Dear guests,
Please read the following terms carefully. They supplement the legal regulations and become contents of the travel contract, which in the case of your reservation between Stefanie Lutz and you comes about.

1. Registration, confirmation
1.1 With the travel registration you offer the conclusion of a travel contract on the basis of the travel advertisement, the detailed description belonging to the journey in question and these general travel conditions. The registration can be made verbally, by telephone, in writing (also by fax) or in electronic form (internet, email).

1.2 The application is also made by the applicant for all persons listed in the application, for whose contractual obligations the applicant is responsible as well as for his own obligations, provided that he has accepted a corresponding separate obligation through an explicit and separate declaration.

1.3 The travel contract is concluded with the acceptance of your offer by us, for which no special form is required. About the contract we will inform you with the booking confirmation.

1.4 If the content of the travel confirmation deviates from the content of the registration, we have a new offer from us to which we are bound for 10 days. The contract is concluded on the basis of this new offer, if you declare us acceptance of this new offer within the specified period. This can be done by express or conclusive explanation (eg payment of a final or final payment).

2. Payment
2.1 After receipt of the travel confirmation, a deposit of 50% of the travel price must be paid. The down payment is credited to the total travel price.

2.2 The balance of the total price plus the final cleaning fee and the deposit are due and payable no later than one month before the start of the trip (the payment is due to us). If the due total price is not paid or not completely paid we can withdraw after payment reminder and deadline for the payment of the contract (§ 323 BGB) and the customer with cancellation costs see the cancellation conditions from 5.2 burden.

3. Services
3.1 The scope of the contractual services results exclusively from the content of the booking confirmation. For yoga weeks (end) offered in conjunction with the detailed description in the prospectus applicable to the respective trip and the special requests listed in the travel confirmation.

3.2 If an individual travel procedure is organized by us on your request, the performance obligation of us results exclusively from the corresponding concrete offer to you and the corresponding booking confirmation.

3.3 Service providers (eg online booking portals) and other intermediaries or travel agencies are not authorized by us to give assurances or to make agreements that go beyond or contradict the travel advertisement or the booking confirmation or alter the confirmed content of the travel contract.

4. Changes in performance, price changes
4.1 Changes to essential travel services that become necessary after the conclusion of the contract and are not brought about by the tour operator in good faith are only permitted if the changes are not significant and do not affect the overall layout of the trip.

4.2 Price changes after the conclusion of the travel contract are only possible in the case of the increase in charges for certain services, such as statutory taxes, electricity / water fees, which actually occurred after the conclusion of the travel contract and which can not be foreseen upon conclusion of the contract. They have an effect on the price of the trip per accommodation unit, provided that there are more than four months between the conclusion of the contract and the agreed travel date.
If this is the case, you will be notified immediately.

4.3 In the event of a price increase of more than 5% or a substantial change in a substantial travel service, you are entitled to withdraw from the travel contract free of charge, we are in a position to offer such travel without additional charge.
The traveler must assert these rights immediately upon receipt of the declaration from us concerning the change of the travel service or price adjustment to us. In this case, if you withdraw from the travel contract, you will receive full payment of any payments already made to us.

5. Resignation by the customer, replacement person
5.1 You can withdraw from the travel contract at any time before the start of the journey. Decisive is the receipt of the declaration of withdrawal from us. For reasons of proof, you are strongly advised to declare your withdrawal in writing.

5.2 If you resign, we may demand reasonable compensation for travel arrangements and expenses. We can demand a lump-sum compensation as follows:
  • For cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival, 100% of the amount already paid will be refunded. 
  • For cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before arrival, 75% of the amount already paid will be refunded. 
  • For cancellations made between 14 and 8 days before arrival, 50% of the amount already paid will be refunded. 
  • For cancellations made less than 8 days before arrival, no refund will be made. 
This does not include the cleaning costs and the deposit. Those will always be refunded in full. We strongly recommend a travel cancellation insurance.


5.3 You can ask a replacement person until the beginning of the journey. We may object to the entry of third parties if they do not meet the special travel requirements or if their participation is precluded by statutory regulations or official orders. The entering traveler and you are liable to us as jointly and severally liable for the travel price and the additional costs arising from the entrance of the third party.

5.4 We recommend the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance for our trips.

6. Unused services
If you do not make use of individual travel services duly offered to you as a result of premature return travel, illness or any other reason attributable to you, there is no entitlement on your part to a pro rata refund. The possibility to take out a travel cancellation insurance is pointed out.

7. Resignation and termination by us
7.1 We are entitled to withdraw from the contract for yoga group week travels up to 21 days prior to departure due to non-achievement of the minimum number of participants, if the minimum number of participants is stated in the respective travel advertisement and the time is specified by which the traveler has received the notice of resignation before the contractually agreed start of travel got to. If we return, you will receive back the payments made on the travel price without delay.
For pure rental of cottages, we can withdraw at any time, unless all payments were made in time or force majeure, such as severe weather damage or similar ..

7.2 We may terminate without notice, if the traveler disturbs the execution of the trip / rental regardless of a warning by us persistently or if he acts to such an extent contrary to the contract, that a continuation of the contract until the agreed termination or the expiration of a notice period with it is unreasonable to him. If we cancel for these reasons, we reserve the right to the travel price; However, it must be credited with the value of any saved expenses or similar benefits that it derives from any other use of the unused service, including any sums paid by the service providers. Any additional costs for the return transport shall be borne by the disturber himself.

8. Termination due to force majeure
If the journey is made considerably more difficult, endangered or impaired as a result of a force majeure which can not be foreseen upon conclusion of the contract, both parties can terminate the contract. The legal consequences follow from the law (§ 651j, § 651e Abs. 3 BGB). Thereafter, we may demand reasonable compensation for services provided or to be provided.

9. Obligations of the traveler
9.1 If you have not received your travel documentation at least 8 days before departure, please notify us immediately. It is the responsibility of the customer to check and verify, if necessary with the help of expert medical advice, before the trip whether participation in the courses and excursions is compatible with the respective physical condition and the latter allows the treatment envisaged by the journey.

9.2 The traveler is obliged to cooperate in the event of performance disruptions within the scope of the statutory provisions (loss mitigation obligation), to avoid any possible damage as far as possible or to keep it low after entry.

10. Warranty, termination by the traveler, exclusion of claims, statute of limitations
10.1 Any defects are always to be reported immediately on site or at the address / telephone number mentioned below and there is a remedy to ask. If the trip is not provided in accordance with the contract, you can request redress, but we can refuse the remedy if it requires a disproportionate effort. We can remedy the situation by providing equivalent or better substitutes.

10.2 If a journey is significantly impaired as a result of a defect and if we do not remedy the situation within a reasonable period, the customer may terminate the travel contract. We inform about the duty of the traveler to notify a defect immediately, as well as about the fact that before the termination of the travel contract (§ 651e BGB) a reasonable deadline for the remedy has to be set. It is not necessary to set a time limit if the remedy is denied by us or if the immediate termination is justified by a special interest of the traveler.

10.3 Claims for non-performance or non-contractual provision of travel services must be claimed by the traveler within one month after the contractually agreed end of the journey (return date). After expiry of the one-month period, the traveler can only assert claims if he has been prevented from observing the deadline through no fault of his own or if the claims are tortious.

10.4 Travel contractual claims of the traveler according to §§ 651c to 651f BGB expire in one year. The limitation begins on the day on which the trip should end after the contract. If the passenger or us are negotiating the claim or the circumstances giving rise to the claim, the statute of limitations is suspended until the traveler or we refuse to continue the negotiations. The statute of limitations occurs at the earliest 3 months after the end of the inhibition. Claims from tort are subject to the statutory limitation period.

11. Passport and visa requirements, health regulations
11.1 The traveler is responsible for complying with all regulations that are important for the travel. Any disadvantages resulting from non-compliance with these regulations shall be borne by the tour operator unless the tour operator has failed to fulfill his duties of notification. This applies in particular to nationals of non-European states. The responsible consulate provides information here.

11.3 The traveler should inform himself in good time about all infectious and vaccine protection and other prophylactic measures beyond the scope mentioned in section 11.2 and, if necessary, seek medical advice on thrombosis and other health risks. General information, available in particular from health authorities, physicians experienced in travel medicine, travel medical information services or the Federal Center for Health Education, is referred to in addition to the information provided by us.

12. Liability, limitation of liability
The contractual liability of us for damages that are not personal injury is limited to the amount of the travel price, as far as damage to the traveler was neither intentional nor grossly negligent or if we are responsible for the damage incurred by the traveler solely because of a fault of a service provider.

13. Miscellaneous
14.1 Should one of the above provisions be or become ineffective, the remaining conditions nevertheless remain valid and the validity of the travel contract remains unaffected. German law applies exclusively to this contract.

14.2 We may be sued by the customer at his registered office.
